Boy’s HS Basketball Camp (9th – 12th grade)
this camp will provide Individual and team instruction on all aspects of
basketball. The camp will focus on proper instruction and drills to enhance the
skill levels of each player. There will be skill stations, team offensive and defensive
strategies, and games each day. Campers need sneakers.

HFL FOOTBALL CAMP
The focus
of the HFL football camp is on preparing the athletes at all levels for the
upcoming season. All of the current HFL Football Staff will be in attendance.
Athletes will be organized into age appropriate groups (Modified, JV, and
Varsity). Sessions will include a period of flexibility, individual and group
fundamentals drills, and a team period. Nightly competitions will close out
each session. Players are to wear short’s-shirt and cleats. A helmet and
mouthpiece will be provided.

Summer Soccer Camp 2007
Morning Camp: A unique and innovative
program designed to teach soccer to younger players. The morning session
will combine learning in a fun and positive environment and his excitement
of soccer through small group training and small-sided games.Children
will be provided with the foundation to enjoy the game of soccer for many years to come.
Afternoon Camp: The program is designed
to expand players’ physical and mental soccer abilities. Through a mix of
actual game situations and problem solving training the camp will develop
creative, versatile soccer players. This camp is designed for players
who are eager to improve and play for their respective school or club
teams.

Girls Basketball Shooting Clinic
The HFL coaching staff recognizes that shooting
is an integral part of a player’s fundamental development. The HFL shooting
clinic will enable each camper to develop, practice and maintain proper
shooting form and fundamental shooting techniques over a three day clinic. This
is not a team camp, but rather a clinic where only shooting is stressed and
practiced for three days. Special guest speakers will be on hand each day.

Steve Willoughby is the current HFL girl's basketball coach.
His career record of 324-90 is ranked 8th on the all-time Section V
coaching wins record. He is also a 7 time Kodak coach of the year recipient and
a 7 time Sectional Championship coach. His 2005 team won the NY State Class A
championship.
Megan McGinnis is a former HFL basketball All-star who was
named the Worboy's Award recipient in high school for the top female athlete at
HFL. She is currently entering her 4th year as the JV coach for HFL.
