• Summary- This book is about 3 children. Two children named Carlie and Harvey, whose parents are mean to them and they need to stay in a foster home. For example, Harvey got run over by his dad's car. Carlie has had a few stepfathers and all of them have been mean to her by beating her and calling her bad names. Thomas J was born and his parents left him on a door step, so Thomas J had no parents and lived with the two oldest twins in town. Then when the twins broke their hips Thomas J had no one to take care of him so he went to the foster home.

• Recommendation- I recommend this book to anyone who thinks they have a horrible life. Or if you just want to read this book for fun
