                                - Be consistent in writing out dates- January 13, 2005 should be 13 Jan. 2005.

                                - Single spacing after punctuation marks is now accepted.

                                - You may shorten the Publisher’s name- example: W. W. Norton & Company becomes Norton .

                                - Do not use p. or pp. for page numbers- example: pp.23-26 should be 23-26
