Use of District Facilities

District facilities include all school rooms and buildings,
support buildings and
athletic areas

Facilities are not available on the following holidays:

November 11, 2009
November 26, 27, 2009
December 24, 25, 26, 2009
January 1, 2010
January 18, 2010
February 15, 2010
May 31, 2010

The availability of school facilities has changed to reduce costs associated with utilities and cleaning.

*Lima Primary School now closes at 5 PM.

*Manor School closes at 7 PM.

*Middle and High Schools remain open until 10 PM.

*Evening facility use is concentrated to the Middle and High Schools.

*High School is the only site available on Saturdays. Times are 8am - 4pm

 

To reserve a district facility, use the following process:

1) Click the "Facilities Database" link below to enter the reservation system.
2) The district policy regarding public use of school facilities will appear. Please review the policy. By clicking "accept, you agree to abide by the policy. Once accepted, you will be directed to continue the reservation process.
3) Choose a site.
4) Choose the type of resource at the site.
5) A list of resources will appear that meet your site and type preferences.
6) Double click on the resource of your choice.
7) You will see specific information regarding the resource, as well as a week at a glance calendar showing when it is not available.
8)If you would like to proceed with the request, click on the button labeled "create request"
9) Complete the request form, filling in all required fields.
10) Click "submit" at the top of the page.
11) You will have 5 business days to:
Provide a signed copy of your certificate of insurance naming the district an additional insured. The Board of Education requires all groups who use school facilities to submit a certificate of insurance. These certificates must be submitted prior to using the district's facilities. The policy must be from an A.M. Best rated "secured, New York State admitted insurer and state that your organization's coverage shall be primary coverage for the district, its Board, employees and volunteers. The certificate of insurance must name Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School as an additional insured with $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate.
You may fax the document to 585-624-7027 or delivery it to the Buildings and Grounds Office at 53 East Street, Honeoye Falls.
Your request will not be submitted to the approval process until you have completed these tasks.

12) You will be contacted via the email address you provided in your reservation to confirm whether or not your request has been approved.
