Mission Statement
The mission of
the HF-L Athletic Program is to provide opportunities
for our students to
strive for excellence by creating an educational and
competitive experience within an
atmosphere of sportsmanship. We believe that interscholastic
athletics can and should
enhance the character of our students. Athletics provide
an educational opportunity in
which students can learn essential life lessons, beyond
those that can be learned in the
academic classroom. We believe the combination of
athletics and academics enhances
the quality of students' lives and expands their options
for learning and growth.
